Guest resting on a flat treatment bed after a spacious Brain Bath session at the Denver Zen Den

A spacious ninety minutes.

Brain Bath is a longer, slower arc for when your attention needs room to settle. Light, sound, and vibration give the mind somewhere else to go while the session creates space around the noise.

The session is shaped around your intention and the sensory layers that fit. It is not a performance. There is no right way to experience it, and no belief required.

Not more input. More room around the input.

A slower pace, with space to land.

Each session is customized to the client. This is the outline.

How is Brain Bath different from Reboot or Heart Opener?

Reboot is the flagship reset hour. Heart Opener is built around emotional release. Brain Bath is not about a specific focus, it is about pacing: the same light, sound, and vibration, given more room to unfold over 90 minutes. If you want depth without an emotional theme, this is the doorway.

What are the benefits of the Brain Bath session?

Reduced stress and anxiety, improved breathing and blood flow, better creativity, improved sleep, pain relief, enhanced focus, trauma release, self-love cultivation, nervous system reset, and faster recovery. The slower pace tends to make the shift land deeper than a shorter session.

How do I prepare for a Brain Bath session?

Come with a loose sense of what you want from the time, we will talk it through briefly before the session starts. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and rested, and leave extra room afterward since the session is built for slowing down, not rushing back out.

How safe is the Brain Bath session?

Generally problem-free. Consult a healthcare provider before booking if you have photosensitive epilepsy, glaucoma, recent eye surgery, a pacemaker, deep vein thrombosis, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

Another doorway may fit better.

Make room for the next thing.

Ninety minutes with less to solve and more space to notice.
