What it is
The hardest part of a Zen Den session to recreate at home is the light and vibration. The easiest part is the music. So we made the music public. Four playlists, four nervous-system states, available on Spotify, TIDAL, and YouTube Music for resets between visits.
Each playlist is curated by the same team that designs sound in the Den for our stroboscopic light and SomaBed work: the music isn't a soundtrack, it's a regulation tool. Different keys, different tempos, different binaural fields for different states.
Your nervous system already knows the music. We just made the curation easier.

Common questions
Yes. The playlists are available on Spotify, TIDAL, and YouTube Music, and you can save them to the service you already use. We ask for your email once so we can open the guide immediately below.
Music-driven regulation works through entrainment: your nervous system tends to synchronize to consistent tempo, harmonic, and binaural cues. The right playlist at the right time of day offers a home version of one part of what we do in the Den.
Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.
Music is the safest of our modalities. The only caution: high-volume playback through tight earbuds can fatigue the ears. Use speakers when you can, and keep volume conversational.
