We invite you to start getting internally curious by setting some intentions and doing some light journaling. Your journey will be powerful either way, but this helps get the mind and body communicating in a way that can complement the experience. Intention affecting reality is both philosophical and psychological, so setting the course you want before you arrive can be powerful. Reflect on something you're thankful for and wish to further enhance in your life. And also get curious about what you’re calling in over the next month.
The Day Of: For optimal comfort and effect, please avoid consuming heavy or substantial meals within 60 to 90 minutes before your session.. Make sure to come hydrated and well-rested. Rest assured, we prioritize ensuring your utmost comfort and readiness before starting.
And get excited for an amazing journey with us!
