What it is
Free service days for the people who serve.
The Zen Hero Program honors active military, veterans, and first responders with free service days built around light, sound, and vibration therapy. It's a calming space designed to ease stress, sharpen mental clarity, and support emotional resilience, offered as a give-back to the people who show up for our community.
Combining light and vibroacoustic therapy with immersive soundscapes, the sessions support mental clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to self, helping people who serve find some balance and renewal. This kind of nervous system support tends to matter most for people carrying the weight of PTSD, a TBI, or the regular stress and dysregulation that comes with the job.
Our nation's veterans and first responders face mental health challenges that traditional approaches often struggle to reach on their own. The vibroacoustic and light therapy system here is built to help with PTSD, combat stress, sleep disorders, and emotional regulation, alongside whatever care someone already has in place.
A free hour to let the nervous system stand down.
