What is vibroacoustic therapy?

Vibroacoustic therapy uses low-frequency sound played through a specialized bed or chair so you feel the vibrations in your body. It is used for stress, pain, sleep, and nervous system regulation. Sessions at the Zen Den last 30 to 60 minutes.

MindWave is our proprietary multisensory technology that combines vibroacoustic sound, stroboscopic light, frequency, and breath cues into a single guided session. It is designed to shift your nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into deep rest, often in 20 to 45 minutes.

How is sober psychedelic different from microdosing or substances?

Sober psychedelic uses only light, sound, and vibration to produce altered states, no substances at all. It is legal everywhere, has no comedown, and you can drive home immediately. Some clients use it as preparation or integration for substance-based work elsewhere.

What does a session feel like?

Most clients describe deep physical relaxation, a slowed sense of time, vivid eyes-closed visuals, and an open, calm state afterward. Some get insights, some just feel rested. The body almost always feels softer than when you came in.

How is this different from massage or a spa?

We focus on nervous system regulation rather than muscle work. The goal is shifting your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest, repair, and presence. Most clients describe it as deeper than relaxation and more practical than meditation.

How many sessions before I notice a difference?

Most people feel something noticeable in the first session. The deeper changes (better sleep, lower baseline anxiety, more capacity for hard things) usually show up after three to six sessions, the way a workout routine builds over time.

How much does a session cost?

Single sessions start around $89 for a 30-minute Reboot. Signature 60-minute sessions are around $149. Membership and packages bring the per-session cost down. Visit our store page for current pricing.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear something comfortable you can lie down in. We provide blankets, eye masks, and bolsters. You do not need to bring anything else. Arrive five minutes early so you can settle in.

Is this safe if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?

Most people are fine. If you have a pacemaker, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or have a serious neurological condition, let us know when you book and we will recommend the right session type or refer you out.

Where is Denver Zen Den located?

We are at 2345 7th Street, Suite B101, Denver, CO 80211, in the Jefferson Park neighborhood near Mile High and Sloan's Lake. Free street parking is available.

The Day Of: For optimal comfort and effect, please avoid consuming heavy or substantial meals within 60 to 90 minutes before your session.. Make sure to come hydrated and well-rested. Rest assured, we prioritize ensuring your utmost comfort and readiness before starting.
