Before you book.

Do I have to have just had a session?

Ideally yes: the call is most useful when the experience is still fresh. But if it's been a few weeks and something is still trying to land, we can still help. Older than that, discovery call is probably the better fit.

What are the benefits?

Better integration of recent experiences, clearer framing for what's happening, a more deliberate plan for the next session, and regulation gains tend to hold longer when there's language for them.

How do I prepare?

Set an intention through light journaling. Avoid heavy meals 60 to 90 minutes prior. Arrive hydrated and reasonably well-rested.
